Texas Amber Alert: 16-year-old Tiffany Griffith missing in Upshur County
A Texas Amber Alert has been issued for 16-year-old Tiffany Griffith after she went missing in Gilmer, according to state authorities. Anyone who sees her is urged to call 911 immediately.
Tiffany was last seen at about 6:05 p.m. on Aug. 26 in the 200 block of Dean Street in Gilmer, an East Texas city, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety. Specific details about the circumstances of her disappearance were not immediately released.
Tiffany is described as a 16-year-old white female with black hair and brown eyes, standing 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing 145 pounds. She was last seen wearing a black shirt, white pants and black-and-white shoes.
Upshur County Crime Stoppers is offering up to $1,000 for information about Tiffany’s whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Tiffany is urged to call 911 immediately. Anyone with other information that could help investigators should call the Gilmer Police Department at 903-843-5545 or Upshur County Crime Stoppers at 903-843-3131.
