Trump claims Time magazine ‘disappeared my hair’ in cover photo

President Donald Trump called out Time magazine on Truth Social early Tuesday, after the magazine released its latest cover photo featuring the president. The president complimented the article before saying the magazine “disappeared” his hair.
“Time Magazine wrote a relatively good story about me, but the picture may be the Worst of All Time,” Trump wrote in the post. “They ‘disappeared’ my hair, and then had something floating on top of my head that looked like a floating crown, but an extremely small one. Really weird!”
The photo shows a side-angle of Trump from the chest up, taken from a lower angle. The president said he typically does not like having pictures taken from low angles, adding the Time photo is especially bad.
“What are they doing, and why?” Trump wrote.

The photo accompanies a new article about Trump’s Israel-Hamas peace plan and the recent hostage release.
On Monday, Hamas released all 20 living hostages back to Israel, an effort required under the plan that Trump helped broker. The group has yet to return all the remains of other hostages, but agreed to phase one of the plan.
The president spent Monday in Israel and Egypt, speaking to the Israeli parliament and attending the signing of an official peace deal.
Time notes that the plan may become a signature achievement of Trump’s second term, and could mark a strategic turning point in the Middle East.
