Media Miss by the left: 1 in 3 US Jews take action against antisemitism now seen as normal: Survey

More than half of Jewish Americans, 57%, say antisemitism is a “normal” part of their lives, according to a new joint survey by the Anti‑Defamation League and the Jewish Federations of North America. And 55% say they’ve experienced at least one antisemitic incident over the past year.

ADL CEO Jonathan Greenblatt said in a statement this trend demands an urgent national response, calling it a “five‑alarm fire” for the United States.

“This is not just a Jewish problem. It’s an American problem that demands immediate action from leaders at every level,” he said.

Meanwhile, 79% of respondents say they are concerned about antisemitism, and 48% said they’ve taken steps to ensure their personal security.

Media Miss by the right: Trump links violence in Democrat-led cities to new Insurrection Act push

President Trump said he’ll invoke the Insurrection Act if “necessary.” He told reporters on Monday he’d use the law if courts or local officials try to block his deployment of National Guard troops to Democrat-led cities to “suppress crime.”

The Insurrection Act allows the president to deploy the military for law enforcement purposes under limited circumstances. It was last used during the 1992 Los Angeles riots.
